(1) call to order and posting certification (2) citizen input (3) CWD update, Mike Foy, Department of Natural Resources (4) approval of minutes (5) treasurer's report (6) clerk's report (7) payment of bills (8) request from Gaylord MickelsonTrust to name the town road off of Bell Road cutting across land formerly owned by Ole Dalby to Dalby Road (9) Plan Commission recommendations: (a) to approve moving a home site building envelope on County Tk F located in the SW 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 17 owners Terry & Heidi Doyle (b) to approve a zoning application to change 5.79 acres from Ag 2 & B1 to RH2 to allow the construction of a garage at 3233 County TG owners Melody and Geoff Ketchum (c) to deny approval of a rezoning, home site and driveway application from Gaylord Mickelson Trust owner and applicants Debbie & Richard Grundgeiger and Bernice Mason at 10183 Bell Road, Lot I on a tie vote of two to two (d) to approve building site verification by the building inspection prior to the issuance of a building permit (e) to approve a one year expiration date on driveway permits with a $25.00 fee for reinstatement (f) to approve limiting the allowable number of home sites per application to one (10) adjournment
